Are you a "Tabber" or a "Spacer"?
This is a real question. I'm curious whether younger programmers use Tabs and whether more experienced programmers use Spaces.
And I should be clear, what I'm curious about is not whether folks use the Tab Key but whether they prefer to have the horizontal tab character (ASCII code 9) in they're source code instead of spaces (ASCII code 32).
I now this wreaks of bringing up a long-standing holly war of computer science, yet I'm interested in knowing if the horizontal tab character should be band and no longer supported by text editors like many other ASCII characters of antiquity.
For the record: I use the Tab Key to insert spaces into my source code.
